Didier Kamla

COO/Board Member, Kamiini, LLC

Didier S. Kamla is a board member of Kamiini LLC with over 9 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry. Mr. Kamla currently holds a senior systems engineering leadership position within Motorola where he serves as a group leader. During his current roles, Mr. Kamla developed and implemented a training plan for the newly hires. His commitment to quality and excellence drove him to implement and to oversee design reviews within the group. Prior to accepting his current role, Mr. Kamla was a systems engineer where he helped Motorola to implement a $210 million RF private network Voice over IP (VoIP) and Wireless Mobile Data System. He was responsible for the final coverage testing of the system and led a group of nine interns to a successful completion of RF systems optimization and testing. Prior to joining Motorola, Mr. Kamla worked as an intern test engineer at Lutron Electronics in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania during the summer of 1998. At Lutron Electronics, Mr. Kamla developed and wrote tests procedures, set up the laboratory environment and standardized many tests. By the end of the summer of 1998, he has helped Lutron write, document, and standardize many tests which saved the company an estimated $2 million in four months.

Mr. Kamla graduated in 1999 with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park where he was a member of the Electrical Honor Society (Etta Kappa Nu) in which he distinguished himself by winning the Etta Kappa Nu Student of the Year (University of Maryland Chapter in 1999). Didier is an honest hard working person who believes in a good balance of fun (soccer, cycling, volley ball and tennis) and work.

Lynn Crawford

Board Member, Kamiini, LLC

Lynn Crawford is a board member of Kamiini, LLC with over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Mr. Crawford currently works for Dana Limited located in Maumee, Ohio and has worked in a variety of supervisory and management positions within their Information Systems group. Mr. Crawford has also been employed by Indiana Wesleyan University in Fort Wayne, Indiana and Mount Vernon Nazarene University located in Mount Vernon, Ohio as a part-time member of their adjunct faculty providing instruction in management classes.

Mr. Crawford received his MBA from Bowling Green State University in 1997.

Monet Grey

Board Member, Kamiini, LLC

MONET GRAY received a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the District of Columbia and a Masters of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. She is currently employed with the U.S. Army's Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation located in Orlando, Florida and has five years of experience in research and development of Future Combat Systems Battle Command concepts modeling and simulation and three years experience developing Improvised Explosive Device (IED) and Counter-IED training simulators.

Mrs. Gray is married to Mr. Leslie D. Gray and is a licensed Massage Therapist. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, scrapbooking, reading and all manner of healing arts.

Elisa Mendieta

Account Executive Kamiini, LLC

Elisa Mendieta received a Bachelors degree in Biology and Exercise Science from John Brown University. Mrs. Mendieta has over 13 years of experience in marketing and sales including 5 years as account executive/consultant with Elavon Global Processing. She is currently employed with Elavon as an account executive for their Regions Bank Alliance

Elisa is married and has four children and is actively involved with the children’s and youth ministry programs in her church. She played college volleyball and currently coaches.

Mike Njimini

President/Board Member, Kamiini, LLC

Mike Njimini is a board member of Kamiini LLC with over 15 years of industry experience and a commitment to excellence. From 2006-2011 Mr. Njimini served as the IT Manager for Carrier Corporation, the world’s leader in heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Mr. Njimini provided leadership for all aspects of Information Technology at Carrier’s roughly $1.2 billion manufacturing facility, ensuring that the Information Technology department supports the company’s 2,500+ plus employees and yearly production of roughly 1 million air-conditioning units. During his tenure, Mr. Njimini received numerous accolades for his leadership and significant accomplishments including Carrier’s top executive special award for significant contribution in cost savings totaling $3 Million dollars. Prior to joining Carrier, Mr. Njimini was a global project manager at Dana Corporation, managing IT projects and initiatives for the Automotive System Group. He successfully managed and standardized lean manufacturing execution systems in 134 manufacturing facilities across North America, South America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa with budgets ranging from $300K to over $1M. Prior to his work with Dana Corporation, Mr. Njimini held a variety of important leadership positions in process engineering and management with LTV Steel in Cleveland, OH and United States Steel in Pittsburgh, PA.

Mr. Njimini’s educational background includes a BS in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA in Information Systems and International Human Resources Management Systems from Case Western Reserve University’s, Weatherhead School of Management, in Cleveland Ohio.
